YOLO Campus 2030

Our long term vision is to build a YOLO Campus in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park in 2030. We want to attract talent from major cities around the world to our region and give them a fantastic career opportunity and a beautiful natural environment to live in. 

We spend 1/3rd of our lives at work, in fact some of us spend more time at work than with our families, so we feel obligated to make sure we are doing everything we can to make work more interesting and enjoyable for future generations. 

Our vision is to create a purpose built campus that blends into the natural environment, is self sustaining and will generate in excess of 1000 new jobs for the region. The site will feature a private lake, so employees can have picnics around it or use the complimentary sailing dingies, onsite will be a complimentary restaurant serving Michelin quality cuisine, a children's crèche, pet hotel, fully equipped gym, spa and well being facilities. Coming to work at YOLO will feel like going on holiday.

Under the roof we will operate our retail empire of around 50 brands, giving employees the opportunity to move between companies which will help the company cross pollinate ideas and retain talent for the future. 

It is a crazy vision but one we are working towards everyday and bringing to life in our own current office environment.
